Hello Friends, Myself ’Surya Prakash Srivastava’ & I have an account with 5 Paisa with account id 50006877, There are lots of Positive & Negative reviews, now I am going to tell you a genuine review : 1) 5 Paisa is a big fraud company, to open account with 5 Paisa means to put your hard earned money into a theives account.Now i am going to tell you what happening with me, I had transferred funds through Phonepe aishwaryasingh23ment gateway 2 transaction was successful but when I do third transaction balance deducted to my account but not added to 5 Paisa account.A message came from 5 Paisa team that error occurred, transfer funds to my another account of yes bank.Then I mailed to both parties involve in this transaction (1)support@5paisa.com & (2) support@phonepe.com, Then a quick reply came from Phonepe that, they had successfully transferred funds to the merchant 5paisa, But no reply came to us from 5paisa so far. Second thing is that, there are not only Rs10/Trade charge, it also includes lots of hidden charges, when I asked for their charges, again no reply so far. Third thing is that, they have published a helpline no. 8976689766 & their charges is Rs100/call, so whenever I will call to that no. Rs 100 will be deducted to my 5 Paisa account.So that it maybe a reason why they didn’t respond on support@5paisa.com Fourth thing is that, there are lots of technical issues involved in 5 Paisa App, You always need to call with their representatives which is chargeable at Rs 100/call. There are many more negative things, how can I explain everything.So friends be aware with these kind of frauds, who makes people fool with the help of hi-tech technologies.
