Attracted by their brokerage price I chose 5paisa.com as my Trading portal before a month, till date I am unable to use their website for trading, I have to place call to get my job done.
In terms of customer care, I rank them the worst of all. An Email response from them will take 3 to 6 days and even that will not have a valuable information. In the case of Phone call If you contact your local centre its waste of time as they don’t have any information of Charge levied on their customers or any product knowledge. Only the Mumbai centre can help you out but that to will be busy at times. Though its costly to call Mumbai for any clarification it’s the best way.
Their online portal is very Slow and you have to spent hours to understand the terminologies and you have to spent weeks to get the passwords and make them working for you. A poor design and very poor navigational systems. You can rank them ZERO for that user friendly website. I recommend 5Paisa.com to have a view on the technology and Other websites of their category
