Web site always hangs and takes easily 5 mins or more to do transaction. Most times, you’ll have to close and reopen browser. If you are looking at only investment and not much activities for days/months, you could use their site, but if you are trader forget it.
That said, reaching out to customer support is the most painful process. You’ll wait at least 10 mins to get assistance, that too most times they don’t understand what you say.
Add to that their customer service prefers Hindi( English is big trouble for them).
