Their new name ? Minus 5 Stars !

It’s little wonder that this network charges an annual fee for their internet services; had it been a monthly one, subscribers would quit on day 31.


You sign up and discover that they are cutting you on everything . My zoom calls freeze. The net is slow.


I called to complain and someone came to fix the problem . As soon as he entered, without even looking at the system, he said “you need a new router.” Not knowing better, I agreed that maybe I do.


He came back 2 days later and intercommed from the lobby -since I was on work calls he was requested to return at 2 pm. He said it was not possible and he’d come by 4 pm, which was also okay with me. Then he did the vanishing act.


This morning I received a message from 7 star announcing that my problem was solved! Since it clearly wasn’t, I called up and asked to speak to a supervisor. It seems they don’t have one. When I explained my problem to the person at the other end of the line, he told me I had to contact the missing technician myself- an impossibility since I don’t have his name or number. Apparently they don’t know how to contact their own personnel out on the job. So much for service! And so much for Seven Stars. Minus 12 and you’ll know your new, more apt, name.
