They are not interested in getting new customers

I was looking for options for a new connection, and had called 7star. The person told me that I would have to put in a request online with my contact info, and someone will call me. He said that there was no phone no I could call to enquire, but someone would call me within 24 hours.


It has been one week and no call. Meanwhile I checked the reviews and found that they are quite bad in terms of speed, as well as customer service. good they didn’t call;-)
