I am one of the customer who took platinum package from 99acres to sale my flat in Bangalore. Horrible experience compared to other sites like magicbricks and nobroker. I availed the owners assist service by paying Rs. 11800/- that’s valid for 60 days. It’s being almost 45 days I have just a 1 lead with the help of 99 acres. It’s heartening to see of loosing such a big amount with zero result.
I found the following issues.
1) Relationship manager: I have to guide the relationship manager for issues(many basic issues) found in advertisements. I feel none(from sales to marketing) is serious to address customer issues.
2) Photographs and Video: There are many fundamental issues for picture and videos that has been taken initially, that’s why I had to force them to get for 2nd time.
3) Listing visibility: I had to guide them where the banner has to put and which search option my advertisement should be visible and how. It’s kind of spoon feed the market leaders.
4) 3-D floor plan: There is nobody had talked about this.
5) Minimal effort by 99 acres to contact prospective buyers and find leads.
At last I found it’s a completely failed effort by opting for 99acres. Even from buyer side I didn’t find that kind of enthusiasm to search in 99acres. I made a mistake of not seeing the review against 99acres, else I would never. Plz don’t opt for their any kind of service.
