One of the Brokers(India Home Realty) listed with 99acres tricked & sold me a house with a false promise of selling me a parking, "listing at 99acres also mentioned with parking" as without parking I wouldn’t have purchased the house. Now after I purchased the house for a bomb this broker is not giving me parking and I am left with no choice but to purchase parking from the builder at double the price.
I have launched a consumer court complaint against this broker and shared proofs & concerns with 99acres and requested them to blacklist such cheats, but 99acres blatantly replied they won’t.
How unreliable and unprofessional can such online protals get.
I have been burnt but request all looking for a house to avoid all shuch online portals and especially 99acres as its full of frauds and tricksters.
