I had ordered a bouquet of yellow roses with glass vase 15days in advance booking.
99blooms.com has delivered red roses, not even fresh without glass vase.
This is really unprofessional service. Upon inquiring about the same, the website says vase was not available and your money will be returned.
When we are paying in advance, booking the order 15days before, still these unprofessional excuses makes it really sad.
We should really check the authenticity of these services before ordering.
