Very poor service. They don’t have stuff like flowers available with them but they take your order. Next thing they do is call you at the last moment to inform that they don’t have the product with them so either cancel your order or go with what they have.
Really such unprofessional behaviour is not expected from these sites. If you can deliver just in metros then mention it just don’t go bragging that you deliver throughout the country.
And in case you don’t have the product with you at least have the decency to tell the buyer before hand. My experience with them is very bad.
