I had ordered a beautiful bouquet which had lilies and gerberras and few other tiny flowers, as you can see in the first photo. They emailed me a few hours later saying, they do not have lilies and have only roses. I called up the call center and they said they have already delivered the bouquet with whatever flowers they had. It was outrageous! they didn’t even ask me before doing this.
I had paid Rs.1400 for the original order and as you can see what we finally received was not worth that amount at all. The bouquet was stuffed in a tiny plastic vase with no water. It was a total rip off and the call center failed to answer my questions, they kept saying they added more roses to compensate for the price I had paid for the lilies. Yeah right! The call kept getting cut and the range on the other end was pathetic. They made no effort to call me back.
I expected some amount of professionalism from such a company. They could have refunded the amount or added a cake or gift to compensate that amount.
The only thing they did right, was deliver it on time. Extremely disappointed and I will never be ordering from this place again.
