I ordered a Hookah and a pack of charcoal, I read a number of negative reviews for this site but still decided to go ahead and order the product.
Upon placing the order I was committed that Id receive the product by Diwali. I had placed the order 10 days before Diwali.
Diwali came and went by, no sign of the order. 1 Week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks went by no sign of the order still, then one fine day I received the partial order, I got in touch with the guys at 99labels and they said that Id receive rest of the products shortly.
2 Months after placing the order and numerous followups, they said that they havent received the product from their supplier and hence they are cancelling my order.
They said theyve issued a refund but its been a week and Ive not received the refund back into my card.
Their website still says that they havent issued a refund.
A few questions -
Why wait for 2 months before cancelling the order
Why not compensate me for the interest of the money(approx 1300 for 2 months @ 3.5% which is what the credit card companies change)
Why no apology
Why order status not updated on their site
And finally what are they going to do to ensure that these kind of things are not repeated?
Anyways - its a good thing for me because I am very focussed on customtakeouter rights and looking for an excuse to drag a company to the consumer courts. but in this case 99labels you well and truly deserve it and asked for it.
I seriously hope that you guys run out of business really soon!
