I purchased a Wonderchef Essenza Italiana Juicer from 99labels.com. The product which was delivered on a Monday after 15-20 days was tried for the first time over the weekend. Unfortunately, it wasn’t working.
99labels reply to my complain: "In order to consider a complaint we need to know the concern within 3 days of receiving the consignment". Yes, this was after they took 20 days to deliver the bloody product. STAY AWAY from this website.
