Ordered 4 bags from the site in Oct 2011. Received orders placed by somebody else. Had to chase several times to get the stuff reverse picked up. Finally it did happen (in Dec 2011) after I wrote on the CEO’s blogpost.
Since then I have waiting for them to refund my money in the form of a cheque. Have sent innumerable reminders on email.get the typical customer support responses. Simply fed up chasing! Last week I was told the cheque would reach me in 7-10 working days. Upon following up yesterday, I get an email, the cheque has not been dispatched yet!
Horrible shopping experience.would not recommend at all. Big NO!
