I had a very bad experience shopping with 99 labels , I placed 2 orders . One of the orders was cancelled without notifying me...Different statement were given by different customer care executives of the company ...one says that its stuck with customs and supervisor says that Vendor ditched you.... If its struck with Customs then how "Vendor Ditched"..
The Other order where I made a prepaid order.....I was told that the payment is not received by 99 labels and order is made as COD...after few hours I get a call from 99 labels that the payment is received and order is not COD....but after 3 days when I get the delivery...
The delivery guy said that the order is on COD... I was told that I should make the payment to the delivery guy and my amount will be refunded....i haven’t got any refunds ...one order was placed on 14th March and other on 5th April ...its over 2 months and I haven’t heard anything from 99 labels, if I don’t get any callback from you guys then I will report an FIR in police about their Fraudulent activities..
This is an IT world and I will report poor service and non professionalism of 99 labels on each and every blog and website.
