I had ordered a Nina Ricci perfume at 99labels.com. My order no: 99230042. I had gifted that perfume to someone. When I met her after a 3 months I was embarrassed to learn that the perfume delivered was a fake as the fragrance doesn’t last for more than 15 mins. we checked the same product at a mall and the fragrance lasted for the whole day. Now when I complained about this to the website they say that they could have helped only if the matter was reported within 3 days.
