I ordered a product(Geoffery Beene Perfume) from 99 labels. The product was delivered after 4 weeks. On trying the product I did not like it. I spoke to their customer care, who told me that they cannot do anything and told me to send a e-mail.
After sending repeated e-mails I was told to return the product for refund. Now, no courier company takes delivery of perfumes due to airline guidelines. I tried all possible courier companies namely First Flight, Professional, Aramex, BlueDart, Finally, the BlueDart person says that the company can arrange for pick-up.
In the mean time another support person sends me an email saying that return is not possible, I lost my temper, do they think customer is fool. Yes, thats the idea. Irritate him by giving him incorrect feedback frustrate him so that he forgets his money.
Now, after 2 days the BlueDart guy shows up for pick-up arranged by 99 labels. Gives me confirmation receipt on 29th Apr and product delivered on 30thApr. Till date 99labels have not received the parcel. I get call from them enquiring about some other product. Inspite of sending the details of the shipment they say they have not received it. TOTAL LOSS OF MONEY AND PRODUCT!
