I think it was the biggest mistake of my life that I bought something from 99 lables I am a online shopping freak I shop for about once or twice in a week or sometimes more than that. I am completely satisfied with sites like jabong, myntra etc but 99 lables it’s not as bad as it looks its worse first of all 90% of the product available on the site are cheap replica of the original or discarded surplus item which are worthless they rarely update their inventory and by mistake if you bought something from them it takes them a month to deliver the product ( I live in greater noida which I 30 minutes away from Delhi ) their ware house is in Delhi. 20 days is the minimum they take to deliver :(
I have never received any of their product in their specified 20 days time limit and if you have some difficulty with the product for ex size problem and you ask them for a reverse pick up it takes another 1 month and dozen of calls and emails for the pick up , every time they sends you a email which states "we have initiated the pick up from our side and it will be done in next 24 hours" but it never gets done, they never return your money in bank account never means never it doesn’t matter in what form you done payment they only give cash back means you are bound to again shop with them and this whole procedure will repeat it self they charge rs 150 extra on every order in the name of COD and shipping charges most of the time you got a call from them after 20 days placing a prepaid order that they have cancelled the order your money will be refunded in next 7-10 working days are you kidding me placing a prepaid order and after 20 days you tell me that I wont get the product and their customer care executive team is worst of humanity they don’t know hindi and even english how you are going to convey your problem their accent is aweful and they are so rude as if it is their painful duty to tell the status of the product I will never recommend this site to any one I have been cheated and I can assure you that anyone who will shop from this sites will agree with me at some point of their shopping experience on this site
