My friend bought this laptop a week back and and worked well for some days. He had a good gaming experience as Asus laptops are best known for.
As he told me that he just played some shooting games likes Call of Duty 4 and after that his cursor did move and the right and left trackpad buttons didn’t start to work.
Initially he thought that it is because his system has hanged but when he used the keyboard to operate his system it worked very well. He was now assured that it was the fault of the of the trackpad.
He took that to the showroom from where he bought it and they too were disappointed. They apologised and they asked him two days for repair and they gave him back. It has been working since then. Thanks to ASUS Service support.
A new laptop shouldn’t give the buyer this experience. Buyers please check before buying this laptop.
