Rajkumar Sabbathi was hired as Director of HR and needless to say that he belongs to -(Vijayawada) Andhra region. He and Ravi, the founder of the company ensured and removed folks belonging to native Hyderabad with their office politics and prejudice.
Rajkumar Sabbathi worked at Apps Associates as Recruiting Manager and having a reputation of selecting candidates based on castes and creed and not based on merits. His credibility was questioned at Apps Associates when he hired a dumb female candidate -(coz she belongs to his caste) by offering her 2 Lakhs more package than market value. This is not the end and he continues to follow the same unethical means where ever he goes.
Rajkumar Sabbathi hired a person called Mr. Merugu, since both belongs to the same caste. If you search on the internet, you can find the connection between Mr. Rajkumar Sabbathi and Mr. Merugu. Yes, you got it right - both belong to same community. Just to give a classic example of Rajkumar’s mindset. You see -quotas and reservation in private companies do exists and yet nobody believes me.
It is learned from sources that this company is funded with the "HAWALA" money done through the Dhoolpet nexus. Mr. Reddy -(popularly known as Reddi saab) of Dhoolpet, Hyderabad handles the black money of ATMECS through his channel and pumps back into ATMECS Hyderabad(Indian) office.

In the first place Telangana region candidates are never hired and if at all they are hired, it is obvious that the company might have resource crunch and hence might hire in an unavoidable situation.
I will never recommend a Telangana candidate to consider a job in this company. It is my sincere appeal to Hyderabad/ Telangana native folks to re-consider while taking a job offer from this company. You might NOT want to face the humiliation and utmost regional discrimination by the management of this company.
