Best Ever Adventure Written for Children

Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain are one of my fond stories till date. I have read various versions of it since my childhood. The story books have been a thrill and so have been the novels. The story books makes it much easier to grasp what the author wants to say as they are lucidly and crisply described.

Mark Twain in this book has a characterised style and is a much more or can be said a writer associated to that of nineteeth century american writings. In his writing, he is a delightful writer and entertainer to youngsters in particular but even to the elders in general. The readers can find some pungent commentary on the human situation in this book. We find that the author has used more of a straightforward and uncomplicated methodology to describe the story which has made it much more fun and fresh for the readers. Tom Sawyer adventures are much more a reminiscence for the youngsters who have crossed their teens and miss all the fun due to the regular mundane life we are forced to lead. When readers read Tom, we come across an American boy, defining the american boyhood concept to us, who passes with equal seriousness from one obsession to another having fun and enjoying life to the full. The author hardly leaves out any emotion that is not being expressed by the boy of his age, be that of delight, anger, fear or anything. Although, he ascends from a respectable family of Aunt Polly but he has his own world of adventure to discover and explore.
