This is very sad to inform you that I am a female employee of Aegis, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow(UP) and I am not happy with my shift timing as my shift timing is changed per week and I am just irritating for the same. There is no feedback box available in Aegis, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and Team Leaders are new and not know even about the process and even don’t know how to talk a female employee. There is no Cab facility available in Aegis, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow for female employee.
Female employee are harassed by Team Leader and Assistant Manager. Female employee are force to come on 5:45 am without any security provision. If shift timing starts from 6 am then, it is necessary to come out from house at least from 4 am and at 4 am many localities at Lucknow are not safe. Even police is not available on road on 4 am. So it is my humble request that shift timing of all female employees who are living more than 15-20 km of Aegis, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow should be 7:30 am for security reasons. If it is not possible then at least provide Cab for female employees to reach office at 5:45 am and fix a feedback box at Aegis, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.
Team Leaders are told to female employees that you can resign if you will not able to come office at 5:45 am. But Why female employees will suffer if they are even not able to manage the shift timing and even don’t know the management of employees even after 2 months of a new process. Team Leaders are even not aware of attrition level of a new process of just 2 months old. Kindly look into this matter and at least resolve shift issues of new process. Female employees will not able to come on 5:45 am at office until office provide security to reach office safely. Aegis should provide Cab for early morning shift of female employees else shift timing of female employees should be fix to 7:30 am to 4:30 am who are living 15-20 km from Aegis, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. Waiting for your positive revert for a critical early shift timing issue and if there will any casualty of any female employee in early morning like rape or misbehaving then Aegis will be only responsible for the same as Aegis is not able to provide any security even not providing cab for female employees of early morning shift and force to come office at sharp 5:45 am without any security. Kindly change shift timing to 7:30 am to 4:30 pm for all female employees who are living 15-20 km from Aegis, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. So attrition level will be maintain and you are not losing your good employees who are trying to reach the process in the sky.
