Someone recommend me this platform to use WhatsApp Marketing API and I signed up 18 Jan 2024. After doing everything around half-hour I had confusion to their dashboard and when I messaged him they don’t replied. Now today over a day one of their executives Preeti replied to me and when I ask anything to here she throw me only one reply that "Attend Our Session", and if I try to ask any question about their product she has nothing to say except the session, the reply behavior was worst now I will not use WhatsApp marketing but I am not going to work with these immature people who don’t have even someone who knows who to reply and solve queries about their product.
