Please do not take Airtel black connection I had a worst experience with this. When I was taking connection executive told its a prepaid plan, unfortunately after one month i realize its not prepaid, worst internet speed again again disconnect problem, due to this reason I wanted to cancel my Airtel broadband connection and take a alternet one, so that I call customer care and request for cancelation they ask me to clear the bill, as they said I paid bill on 17th March and the same day taken new internet connection too (local service provider) again I called them for cancelation they asked the reason I told the proper reason too, they told we have taken your request, oprocedure is we do unbundling first after that it will be disconnect automatically, after that I got a plenty number of calls from Airtel team to know the reason about disconnection, actually they do not want to disconnect the connection immediately, exactly after one month I got a call from collection team that your payment is due, I told them its already disconnected reply from them was it is still in use, since i was using other connection i had no idea, immediately again i call customer care and again request for cancelation again i recive a buch of call from Airtel team to know the reason this time I reply strongly shout at them so atlast they cancel my connection, after cancellation I got a call from connection team your one month including come charges 1500 Rs bill is pending until and unless you wont pay bill connection will be continue, really very horrible experience for me, please think twice before taking Airtel broadband connection especially Airtel black...
