Worst Ever RO Experience & Like to go legal NOW

I bought this product on 5th Sept from CROMA RAJKOT Centre. Since then my problem started with some issue or other. In March 3rd week they could not solve my problem and after repeated complaints to my shock they informed me that Membrance coil is gone and need replacement which costs Rs.2500. I investigated this matter with other suppliers and got confirmed evidence that this Membrane normally lasts easily over 1.5 to 2 years . We are just 2 of us at my residence and we hardly consumed over 1500 litres in past 5 months. After long fight and with the help of CROMA I got this replacement on 8th April 2017. But exactly after 1 week on 16th this Aquaguard Superb stopped giving water output, the same problem I faced. And now from 16th April no body closing this complaint and decided to go against them. Product simply failed to deliver basic expectations and I’m so frustrated as for over 10 days I was without potable water during these 2-3 weeks. So no end to my sufferings. Now claiming refunds and take best actions against the company. I gave total report to Croma and in fact given so many evidences against this product. SO BUYERS, BEWARE OF THIS CUTE LOOKING PRODUCT! Looks and company(EUREKA) deceiving customers. AND PLEASE READ WARRANTY TERMS. So many other RO filter companies offer best warranty and service. But this product fails totally and its hopeless.
