Very bad performance of this purifier, bought on 8th sep 2016 since that time machine have gone out of order twice. Once it was due to filter issue two months back and 2nd still persist since 05th Feb 2017, complaint registered on 7th feb 2017 and after that calling customer care almost every day but no response till date. Only get assurances that it will be operational by this evening but not yet repaired, no techician visit till date. We are froced to purchase bottled water from 5th Feb 2017, costing RS 100 every day. I feel that we have been got cheated after buying this product. No quality control remains in Eureka Forbes now. I would like the total replacement of this unit with new ones, company should replace this faulty machine with immediate effect, and recommend not to buy any Eureka Forbes product due to poor quality and no service after sale. As better products are available in market than Eureka Forbes.
