Poor customer service

I have been consulting on the app and website for 4 years. There call center executives have been trained to only apologise for inconvenience and long wait on call. On an average for a refund one has to explain 3-4 times as the previous person does not maintain record of the complaint. E pass for 470/-is a hoax it says time gets reduced in queues but it goes up suddenly and when you want refund they force you to take e pass in order to continue to make money off their customers.


In short this site is a money making machine because some of their astrologers are good. Their customer service and technology is pathetic.


They may succeed in the short run but will certainly lose.


I had explained this to their customer service head Ravi after many requests he understood the issues and tried to make changes but left the organisation. Reviews only 4/5 stars are posted and if a negative o1/2 stars is given it is removed after few days which gives the astrologer a higher rating.


They maybe successful in the short run but will certainly lose in the long run.


5 days back an e pass vanished from my account and they said must be a technical problem which is appalling. When asked for refund they kept saying it has been escalated and I explained it over 6 calls to different executives and finally gave up.


Not to say the least I have given them business of over Rs1.5 lacs but they treat you so badly for a mere 470/- worth.


I think we must stay away from them due to their unethical business practices.
