Since originally trying this years ago, I have been hooked on it.. I have cracked heels and this is wonderful for that as well as slouching off the old dry skin on your feet. This is the next best thing to going and getting your feet pedicured at your local salon. That can run into the bucks. I take and squeeze it out and rub it all over my feet and heels. It is amazing, what comes off of your feet.
I have a brush that I purchased from AVON just for this purpose. It has bristles on one side and the other side has a rougher surface to use. You can also use this slouching cream on your dry elbows. It has a gritty feel to it. When you put it on your feet, you rub it in really good. Then take the brush and brush your feet and heels. If you don’t have a brush, you can use your hands. Massage it in really good and then take it off.
The ingredients in this product are natural abrasives, Pumice and finely ground walnut shells. The directions are to use this after you take a bath shower or a foot soak. Dry your feet and then you happy the cream on all the rough areas and massage it in. Leave it on for 60 seconds and then massage until the flakiness and dryness are removed. Be sure and wash it all off when you are finished. It will leave a gritty feeling on your feet if you do not get it all off.
There are other ingredients in this product. Most of them I cannot pronounce. If you have a problem with dry skin on your feet or rough heels, this is a good product to have on hand. Try this if you have rough dry heels and feet. It is a good investment for the money and a little goes a long way.
