I am a very old axis bank customer, and using their services since a long time. After starting up of my new business, I applies for a current account and EDC machine ( Credit Card/Debit card swipe Machine) , I have been using it since 2 years and since past few months they are charging menvery high EDC charges and other ’Unsettled’ charges. Basically, ’Unsettled’ charges are deducted, when the shop keeper doesn’t Settle the amount. Despite of Settling the Machine Daily, they forcefully imposed these charges on me. Out of frustration and Irritation, I submitted a physical letter for surreender of machine at Axis Bank Lajpat Nagar, But no Action was taken. I was asked to mail about the same, and even after mailing it on 18 Nov, I haven’t recieved any reply yet. It’s basically useless to work with these PRIVATE BANKS. I much happier Accepting Paytm Payments. Worst service ever. Don’t trust them for your business purposes.
