Cheque book issue

21 days back applied for my chequebook .

My office has shifted from nariman point mumbai to bandra.

They did not help

Again i put in a request on fri.

The cheque book was not delivers as my office was closed .

Requested bluedart to deliver it back to home branch.

After receiving 4 mesaages from blue dart i sent my man with authority letter and the receptioniat there says it has not come .

I again called blue dart and at 10.16 it was delivered .

I sent man again at 12.35 and she shouts at him saying which language should she spk to him .cant he understand.

Juat because he is a peon you spk to him like that.

And theen says to me it has not come to my desk.

Pathetic rude unorganised disgusting .

Compared to the nariman point linking road branch mr rahul was so helpful and ccooperative .

Axis needs more relationship managers like him
