Delaying in activation of freeze account

Axis bank suddenly freeze my account on 12-Feb-2024 and the reason for this negative field varification from bank side. then I visit to the bank on 13-Feb-2024 submit my all document again and also give the written statement as per bank ask. Then they send his employee to my resident for physical varification and same has been done on that day only . After this as per bank manager my account will be unfreeze once physical varification done but today is 17 Feb and my account is still freeze I am hopeless my all daily routine transation hold due to account freeze I take daily followup with bank staff for updation of account but they every time told today will done but its not So please find the attached screen shot of conversation with bank staaf and help to unfreeze my account My approx 3000 rs freeze in this account
