Well, I was much worried about the whole process, but things went smoother. I had morning appointment here in Bellandur PSK, near to Bellandur Ecospace. reached 1/2 hr before. security checked the application hard copy and allowed inside. First step was to check the available doc. proof to get a token, that got finished within 1 min. Entered inside to move to counter A. TCS employees are helpful, they call the names as well as token numbers, I proceeded and started with counter’A’ process. Your photo is clicked there which will be printed in your passport, documents are scanned, they also allow you to check if any correction required to be done, you will also have to pay for the passport cover as well as for sms service.’A’ counter clearance took 10 min for me. Then proceeded to counter’B’. Here comes the waiting process, waited for almost 20 min, (since there are limited B and C counters). B counter clearance was done within 1 min, you will just have to show the original proof that is it. Then proceeded to counter’C’, here again the waiting was for 15 to 20 min . Well waiting came to an end and got clearance within 1 min. Now it was the time for filling feedback form and move towards exit door:). I got my passport within 10days.
