I went on friday 9th novemebr without a reservation and the place was packed. the hostess had no idea on how to control crowds and was very unprofessional.
Since the kids were insistent I made a reservaiton for Sunday night and landed at sharp 8.30 Not my 1st visit to their Gurgaon outlet, but this one was terrible. 1st the person at the entrance kept my kids and me waiting for nearly 5 minutes in the cold while he was on miscll calls (it’s very basic but you can’t have the host of a restaurant also take customer calls).
then I saw a cockroach crawling among the salad and the chef was right there so I could show it to him. the service was slow, though the manager was smart enough not to bill us after the cockroach incident.with standards liek this, I wont go back to this restaurant.
