The telephone numbers given in brotures are working, I can hear the ring tone, I can hear that some one picking up the receiver and suddenly line cuts. WHY?
Hardly they answered one call. They have taken a request from me regarding my problem, but did not give the reference no.
I gave several emails to barclaycardservice@sparshindia.com & service@barclays.com but no reply till date.
My Problem: There is no Barclay bank at Visakhapatnam. So I dropped the cheque(due amt) at NAD drop box. Next month I received a late payment fee in my bill. I requested in my emails n times, but no reply. Since then I stoped using the Credit card. But they are accumulating the amount month by month till it came to Rs. 4000/-. In Dec 08 I paid Rs. 540/-(an additional amt) as they said that they will place a request to waive off the amount., but nothing happened till date.Now they are asking me to pay a minimum of Rs. 199/- so that they will place another request. What to do?
