Earlier I had an impression that this product has great performance as it was delivered with almost every Broadband connection from Airtel. But its almost a waste of money and efficiency.
It could be a user friendly for some of us, but not at all good a s compared to many other brands in same segments and in same cost.
Its display is quite good but its only the display there is no operational button is given on front panel of its structure.On and Off buttons are given at the back and also resetting option too.
Its data transfer efficiency is weak what we have observed, I think I have changed almost 3 modems of same model from our operator as we were getting frequent disconnection problem.
Its Wi-Fi range is very weak I must say, it covers a very less area and also signals comes very weak what I have observed during its use.Its LAN connection efficiency is quite manageable.
Its customer service is upto what extent I don’t have a perfect idea of this, as we also made a complaint to our service provider.
As far as its cost is concerned, one could watch out for some other reliable brand, may be of somewhat at higher cost, so that quality product and service could be delivered for your real purpose.
