Worst services at Bharti axa life insurance.

I would like to share the experiences with the bharti axa life insurance, Bangalore. I was holding two policies wealth confident since 2008.

Since that time till date I have just received one mail regarding the Renewal premium of the policies.

There is a lack of communication gap between the different the user and the support system.

When I took the policy in 2008, they had a office at BTM layout, after a year or so they closed that office and then when I spoke to customer care, they said this office is closed and I need to go the other office which is at richmond road.

Even they had a office at electronic city, they also closed this office too, creating a lot of inconvenience.

And when ever we talk to the customer care they redirect us to the office of a small work, and they will be in no mood to talk to even the customers. Even the website is not in a proper shape.

When I try to login in customer section, I gives login error, I try to go to the forgotten password it asks for the user id or policy number, and the proposers date of birth, but it will search for only the date of birth of proposer only and as the date of birth clashes with so many people. so unable to access the customer login section and cannot be able to pay the premium online.

I am very much upset with Bharti-Axa and planning to withdraw all my funds.
