Don’t ever by a Blackberry phone in India. I really dont know about their services overseas. I bought 9360 just a year ago worth Rs 20000 which got dead last December.
Blackberry as service company reached height of harassment when they refused my phone to be repaired declaring it irreparable and even refused to replace it whereas my BB was in warranty...
fought for my problem with BB service department but got no result. BB as a company is just a most irresponsible and reluctant towards good customerism and ethics .
Thanx to my local repair man who repaired the phone in 2 hrs for just Rs 250. So anybody need any help on services on BB phones can contact me. But for sure I am not going to recommend BB to anybody...
