I am reviewing about Blue Dart Services.
I am from Chennai. Blue Dart has got their main Office in Nungambakkam and different delivery points at different locations, proud to say that one is in my location also, which is Chromepet.
This is one of the company we can rely on sending any communication to reach within a stipulated time.
Blue Dart accepts the courier till up to 8 pm and assurances are given for timely delivery.
The movement a cover is picked, a tracking detail provides the whereabouts of the same at every point.
They have got a centralised customer service who can resolve any issues of any delivery points. The people at customer service speaks poliety and their communication level is very good.
While talking about field staff, they extend utmost courtesy. For example when a delivery person visits and at that time the addressee is not there, they keep a slip mentioning their phone number and upon our call they come and delivery the item at our convenience and the time as we fix to receive the cover.
