Booking.com has taken me on-board by asking me to sign a digital N.O.C. It has listed amenities on it’s OTA which are not available in my property. Booking.com has gotten into an agreement with Travelrraptor.com to handle it’s business operations in India with Travelrraptor’s office being located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Booking.com does not provide Extranet to it’s hotel partners. The team which handles the operations with the hotel partners do not care to pick up the phone whenever hotel partners are seeking help of any sort. Booking.com misguides customers by sending them to hotel’s which are already sold out by taking paid bookings. Hotel loses it’s goodwill due to such unprofessional behavior from Booking.com. Booking.com treats itself as the proprietor of the property. It is for hotel partners to decide how many rooms they would wish to sell over the internet. Booking.com acts as if it has purchased the said property from the hotel partners. Booking.com does not make any payments due to their hotel partners even after 10 days of customer check-out. Travelrraptor team which handles Booking.com’s India’s operations have a very unprofessional and under-trained staff which does not care about it’s hotel partners. They don’t know how to talk much less handle any sort of business. I would want Booking.com to shut down it’s India operations as it is not in the interest of this company and it’s hotel partners as well. Please learn to conduct business and break your ties with travelrraptor.com as they do not know what business is. A few days ago a guest entered my building premises saying that he had made a paid booking through booking.com. He entered at around 3 P.M. He got into an argument with the hotel team that he had made a paid booking but there was no message on WhatsApp or mail from travelrraptor.com. He turned our goodwill into shambles thanks to the courtesy of booking.com. He left at around 3:40 P.M. We received the WhatsApp message at 4:14 P.M. Totally unprofessional, un-trained staff members, mis-leading. Booking.com should leave India immediately. Travelrraptor should close it’s business. Booking.com Go Back. Travellrraptor shut down your business. Please break all ties with us and do not engage with us in any sort of business from now on.
