I booked a hotel on Booking .com app as I have done for at least 5 years spending thousands of pounds.
My credit card was charged twice by TPI a scam company within Booking.com.
There joke of a customer services.Who employ people who do care and may even be criminals.Just keep passing you from one to another.Making up stories as you prove them wrong.Hipefully they will go bust soon.The company is rotten from the top.As they took public money during Covid from the dutch government whilst pay big dividends to share holders .
If you value your money never deal with this company you have been warned by a person who cares
