Worst ever service from BOSCH. I trusted a lot. Very poor service management. Purchased the dishwasher on 15th July 2022 from Amazon. After delivery, consistently following up for installation. Poor service support. I’m in korattur, chennai. My pincode is 600080. It’s really pathetic that they don’t have service in my pincode. I’m residing very near to Anna Nagar. I’m wondering there service support. After 2 days of follow up, final got a call from a technician, saying that we are very sorry sir, This Pincode is not in my perimeter, so I cannot support. I will escalate this issue to concern team and they will arrange your area technician. It’s been more than 72 hours and no one visited yet and my product is simply lying in my home. Thank God, I understood the service support of the Bosch before the installation. Imagine, how they will support in future for any technical problem.
Finally canceled the product and Amazon agreed for the return. It’s my first and last product from BOSCH.
