We had a Bose music system and it was not up to the mark or our satisfaction .I hereby delineate why I don’t have a faith in its name .It is a music system with FM, CD, DVD, MP3 facilities attached .when it was purchases it played perfectly but at home it created an unwanted noise that made the sound or voice quality worse .
The melody of a song was transformed into wavelength mixed with some whisper like noise that would come from back but if you don’t pay your heed , you could not be able to fathom the presence of noise .FM was horrible and we carried the music system elsewhere so service centre was not available .Later I got a toll free number and attempted to speak to a representative desperately but nowhere else a representative was found receiving or replying .We got morbid .I am not satisfied .A brand that enmeshes itself in so many public relation campaigns that can’t provide a simple solution, I would call it "worthless ".
