I purchased on 25.9.17
Within three months of the purchase, the blades of medium jar were broken. With a lot of hesitation, stating that blades were not covered under warranty, with the dealers intervention, they changed the blades.
Shortly after a year past , the swich was broken. Later within few months, the lights behind the switch became failed.
Last September onwards the motor was stopping with overload button coming to on. As Covid lockdown is in full swing, I adjusted with that problem, by pushing the overload button in its place frequently. Now I deposited the mixer atservice centre in kakinada for rectification
Now the service engineer informed the motor is to be replaced Costing 1200 rupees. Just you see how much trouble I purchased by procuring that machine
I got Panasonic, Menumix and Usha and using them still without any problems. Though I contacted their service people stating them due to Covid lockdown, the warranty may be enhanced and to undertake repair by charging nominally . But no one reacted positively. They say once warranty is lapsed whether whatevernational emergencies be the service and spares are to be paid.

Their state head Sri Khan also did not apply his mind and stereo type reaction for the issue.
My experience with butterfly mixer grinder is very bad and it is not worthy to purchase this matchless which is really matchless in giving problems when compared with other contemporary machines of any other company.
Please do not procure the mixer grinder from butterfly which is of bad quality and if you still go you are purchasing matchless problems with the maci
