it doesn’t help in any way as they’re way too costly and have no content at all. I don’t get why people think it’s helpful, that’s what my parents thought when they bought it .thinking it’ll actually help me instead it’s extremely boring and not worth it. like I can literally fall asleep listening to it! so all I’m saying is don’t destroy your precious school years by buying this shit!
