Today I had visited Cafe Coffee Day Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore with my client for a discussion.
We waited for 20 mins and no one came to serve the menu card, Later we wanted to move out and then one & only staff Mr. Nikesh who was in the duty started being rude for not placing the order.
When we told that you don’t provide a Menu card when only customer in the big ccd, how can we place the order, the person started saying abusive words.
When asked his name, he told no one can do anything to him and I can complain where ever I need to.
CCD doesn’t have any control on their employes and have not trained to provide customer satisfaction.
