With my recent trip to nagpur, all I could see is array of new caffes and eat shops being setup all the way around the city and picadally checkers located in sadar is one of the very well known old places to hangout and have food within, and here’s me review for it. I will go with the giving guidlines though for easy review,
FOOD AND PRESENTATION-
They mostly serve easy comfort foods like chinese and also milkshakes and coffees, ranging from cold to hot, Food tastes from average to okay here, and some being very bad in taste as well as presentation too, and worst experience I remember is with, when I ordered grilled cheese sandwich, and they literally served me with a butter grilled outerback of the bread with a mere cheese slice in the inside, which seriously tastes horrible, never recommended. I can’t see any efforts being put into the presentation field though, they prepare food and literally serve you, nothing more.
AMBIENCE-
Believe me, this place has no lavish ambience, the auro that this place creates is just because of the visitors visiting this place, A nice array of people can be spotted here, which makes this place from a little space to a happening place, overall the place is quite cozy and mostly crowded, with very less moving area, it feels over crowded and cozy here, nothing special to mention so far.
CUSTOMER SERVICE-
Customer service is by far okay here, but if its in its peak hours then a very slow service is expected as what I told earlier, this is small and cozy place. It will roughly take 25 mins to make your order to your table, waiters are well mannered and professional though and the owner being rude in his behaviour.
VALUE FOR MONEY-
This is the field where this eat place loses all its points, this place is not a value for money anyhow and anyfar, dishes are overly priced with no posh and eye catchy services being offered anyhow, they serve a very minimal cold coffee and charge 65 for the same, which I personally felt is over priced, sandwiches are more worst than those coffee, nothing special but will cost 110 and more, as what one incident told earlier reveals. Chinese noodles and rice have a indian twist but still fairly overpriced for 170 and above.
MY VERDICT-
I have been to this place thrice now with everytime one thing in mind, maybe this time it will be better, but unfortunately, This is surely not the case with this place and all they want is charging more money than they should ask for and hence I am rating this place as one of the bad option to look for eating and hanging out.
