I bought my Cruze in 2011. Car is good in terms of style and power. Driving comfort is also good compared to similar cars in the segment like Altis, Jetta etc.
My issue is with the maintenance cost and I already spent close to 1 lac on routine issues other than normal service. Battery has gone once, AC gas leakage, suspension issue etc etc. Spares are very expensive and there is a delay in getting also.
In Cochin, Geeyem Motors is the dealer and I have mixed experiences of service. Sometimes, they give very good service and sometimes no one is there to take care. Escalation ph nos are only given there but they don’t pick up your calls. After each service they do a customary call on service and in spite of giving feedback, not seeing any improvement. Cruze is not a recommendable car and Chevrolet service is a major issue if you are in Cochin.
