Here are my honest review after being in touch with Dr Parul Jain in Cloudnine for 9 months. We trusted her and Cloudnine blindly. I had many complications(cholestasis of pregnancy, gestational diabetes, thyroid) along with cord in baby’s neck. But doctor never insisted for C-Sec instead recommended Normal delivery induction and said she will do C-sec in case of emergency.
I was admitted in Cloudnine at night time around 8:45pm for the labor induction procedure but Doctor was not there. Aligned staff was not able to understand the criticality even though I was there for 9+ hours on continous fetal rate monitoring via NST and Dr Parul came in morning around 6:40 AM next day, when it was already late. My husband was chasing everyone to ask why NST machine is beeping, it had happened thrice on that night and he himself informed about dipping fetal rate to nurses as per them everything is all right and it’s just machine issue .. We lost our full term baby in 39 week. Later doctor informed us the reason of death was Meconium(poop) Aspiration and cord around neck.
Besides having experienced doctors, besides being best maternity hospital that’s what they claim, they were not able to track fall in fetal heart rate on time. It was a total nightmare and a mental trauma to me and my family.At last doc said she did her best??
Be careful while trusting on anyone we might be just a case for them but it’s our and our baby life. Now we have to live with this boundless pain and irrecoverable loss.
