For a person who simply likes to sip on tea and coffee for at least 8-10 times a day, it is quite usual to have brown teeth after a certain time.
I am also victim of this bad habit and gradually I have found out my teeth losing its normal whiter shade. I do not chew on tobacco etc so, my teeth are still whiter, but again this regular use of caffeine surely made a bad impact on my teeth.
So, I decided to try with Colgate Simply white, earlier I used to brush my teeth twice with another toothpaste from the same brand. But, I took this up just to get a whiter version of teeth.
I started using it last February, the taste and smell was just OK, nothing special. I felt more fresh when I used other versions of Colgate though. This one seemed to give me a creme like flavor and feel. After rigorous use of this toothpaste twice a day, for last 3 months, I did not find any visible difference on my teeth. They were not that brown earlier too, and now after using this special products, they are same, no improvement is noticed either.
So, I have decided to get back to my Colgate active salt toothpaste again, at least it strengthen my teeth. Price of Colgate white is also on the higher side, so why should I waste money on it? It is also a point to be noted that I have considerable cut down my coffee intake once I started using Colgate white. So, from any point of view, this product does not seem to be a viable option for me, hence I am not recommending it.
