I bought a creative sound system speaker 1 year ago. At first its sound was awesome but after one year suddenly it stop working. When I try to open the speaker, its very tough to open. Then I contact its customer care centre number. But those number which was given its cover that number is not working. Then I had carried to a local customer service point. They had told me that the creative sound system output power is good but if their any problem bring out than it is very tough to solve them. Finaly I request to creative company that please take care your customer first. And update your customer service point list in india.
If you buy a creative comapny product, it is very complicated to claim a warranty so I tell you don’t go for it.
