It has been observed that the Credit Card issuing Banks are treating the good Customers and defaulter in the same way. those who are paying the amounts regularly and within time are not getting any special treatments. In case of any delay in payment due to unavoidable circumstances, they are penalised in the same way as that of the defaulters. Even the rate of interest applicable to all the customers are same. the bonafide customers are not getting any extra benefits for the timely payments and and prompt payments. this should be improved and adequate benefits should be extended to the prompt payers.
